We live 100 miles from Croydon and needed to sell an elderly relatives property. After valuations from four local estate agents we picked Benson and Partners. This was an excellent decision as not only was their valuation realistic for the property and area, they also obtained a sale price in excess of the other three valuations. the process of selling wasn't perfectly smooth but we were kept informed and given assistance throughout.
