I have been looking for a rental property for past 3 months. I have tried all the well known agents who were pretty much useless, not informing me of available new properties untill some else had snapped them up. My frustration was through the roof. I didn't know about Benson & Partners until a friend rented from them. Within a week, they had personally shown me three properties and the last one was amazing. Following the viewing, I only had to wait an hour before Karolina called me to say I had been successful. I have now paid my registration deposit and am looking forward to moving in next month. karolina was amazing. So professional and knowledgeable. She helped me calm my nerves and smiled throughout the whole process. They were amazing.

We have been with Benson and Partner since 2009. We bought our rental flat from them and rented out the property through them over the last 15 years. We have dealt mainly with Sara Morris who has always been amazing. She is polite, friendly and professionally. We've had hic-cups along the way but Sara has always tried to sort things out for us. We have now decided to let them manage the property for us because we feel that they have done a pleasing job so far.
