for over 20 landlords in the local area. We also managed to secure 13 buyers 
for our sellers.

Brexit sadly has had an effect on the sales market which appears to be 
widespread however that has not put off the majority of savvy buyers who are 
already taking advantage of the lower asking prices.

are motivated which means no awkward fall throughs or change of mind! Plus 
buyers can still take advantage of the lower interest rates and Help to buy

can now offer help to buyers on second hand homes as well as new builds!

We are off to a good start in 2019! After having a superb listing month with 
25 new lettings properties to offer clients and 19 new sales properties.

The outlook for 2019 seems to be very positive with hundreds of new 
enquiries coming through every week from prospective buyers and tenants 
offering fresh new demand!
