We have had a long-standing relationship with Bensons and, overall, have been very pleased with the service and support we have received over the years. Our dealings with Sara long term, and more recently Tessa and Esta have always been excellent. They are professional, approachable, and helpful, and we have always felt that they are happy to assist whenever we have needed them. Communication has been very good, and it is reassuring to know that we have people we can rely on to manage matters on our behalf. As landlords, we appreciate that managing properties can sometimes be challenging, particularly when dealing with tenants and unexpected issues. While there are always opportunities for an agency to be even more proactive in areas such as property oversight and communication, we have been happy with the overall service and the way matters have been handled.
